CISE, launched in 2020 by fashion designer Blake Van Putten, has become well-known for its highly sought-after "Protect Black People" goods. The brand is expanding its product portfolio to offer additional alternatives in honour of Women's History Month. The new line is called "Protect Black Women," and it includes basic goods like "PBW" micro bags in vegan leather and vegan suede, "PBW" sweatsuits, and a "PBW" tote bag. A centred "PBW" embossed logo on sweatshirts and a smaller logo placement on the top left side of sweatpants compose matching pairs. The vegan leather bags include interchangeable shoulder straps and available in a variety of colours such as pink, mint green, black, caramel, and more.
Van Putten's unique bas-relief handbag engravings have become a celebrity favourite, with Lizzo among his clientele. Van Putten also represented his company as a featured industry expert on the HYPETALKS "Black Fashion Image Makers" panel, which was hosted on HYPEBEAST's Twitter Spaces.
